characteristics of andrew

1.the value of invisible service
--if people don't see me, i can still serve God 100% from behind the scene. because the ministry is onto the Lord, not for people's applause.
-this needs pure motives: not for applause, praise from man.
-true serving begins from behind the scene.
-true servant should have a good self-identity and confidence.
-God likes us to have dream (to come to top)
马太20:27--誰願為首，就必作你們的僕人。 slave(vs servant)
-a servant can go in and out, but a salve cannot. he does only the will of his Lord.
-one who desires to be the first in heaven, sometimes have to do uncomfortable, difficult things, even not be appreciated by people.

2. the value of idividual people
-andrew pouring his life into other people.(he's always finding ppl, never too busy to impact and bless ppl)
-servanthood is adding value to other people's lives.

3.the value of insignificant gift
-serving God is not for His benifit, not for our benifit.
